Candlewood Suites Ontario - Convention Center, an IHG Hotel

Hotel is modern with a nice decor. Staff is friendly and attentive. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Everything I need to cook, eat, and plenty of space to store food so I don't have to spend money eating out. Lots of parking and conveniently located near Toyota Center, Ontario Airport and Ontario Mills mall. Several families with children, but it was very quiet. Internet speeds were good so I was able to work from the room. Sadly, no breakfast and no smart TV functions so I wasn't able to use any of my streaming services. Overall, a great stay. Would definitely come back again and tell my friends.

We've been coming here for over a year and the past few months consistently. I experienced new and old staff and they have always been on top of it. It's quiet and nobody bugs you. We love the area. Rooms are spacious and beds are super comfy. It's Like our second home.

I’m super impressed. The rooms are large. The kitchen is large and well stocked with utensils and dishes. It seems brand new. Everything is very clean. I guess it’s now called the extended studio hotel. People complaining that it’s not in IHG anymore should’ve called them. I did and they gave me 10,000 points.

Me and my family absolutely loved our stay. It was like we were staying in a mini apartment. We had a beautiful balcony view of the airplanes taking off. The stove was a huge lifesaver because we did have to stay here for about two weeks! Laundry is free unlike other hotels they usually charge four dollars just to do one load! Very clean and the beds were extremely soft. One thing I will have to say, though is every time we didn’t need more toilet paper or anything like that we would have to go downstairs to get it instead of someone being able to bring it up to us. Coffee was always free 24 seven as well, which was awesome! And In our room, the fridge made its own ice. It was beyond spacious in there like I said it was like we were staying at An apartment because we got two beds so one door closed off from the living room and kitchen area in the bedroom and balcony was on the other side of the room, With a closed door. I would definitely stay here again my apartment put us in this hotel where they did construction in our home. If they ever need to do that again in the future I’ll definitely recommend this place again. Also to they provided pots and pans, utensils and cooking spoons plates cups you name it it was in there, including Tupperware!!

Our family vacation at Candlewood was nothing short of fantastic. One of the highlights for us was witnessing the dedication and hard work of the housekeeping team. It was evident that they took great pride in their work, and their efforts did not go unnoticed. They deserve all the recognition and appreciation for their tireless efforts in maintaining the hotel's impeccable cleanliness. Our kids especially loved their time, as each day brought new excitement and fun experiences. From the cool ambiance to the friendly atmosphere, every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. Without a doubt, we will be returning for future vacations, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to our friends and family. It's the perfect destination for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Enjoyed staying here for a quick trip in the area! A lot of the bad reviews are for the previous version of this hotel but I can assure you that the renovations are very nice! I had a King room with a kitchen and there was a lot of space. The toiletries were Dove and honestly the best I’ve ever used even compared to higher end hotels. Even though it’s close to the airport, I never heard planes flying above. You can hear a train though, which is standard for this area. Overall, I would recommend!

I recently booked two rooms for my family, and I couldn't be more pleased with our stay. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by friendly and welcoming staff. During check-in, the manager personally welcomed us and made herself available for any questions or concerns we may have had. I was impressed with how clean and well-stocked the rooms were. The housekeeping staff did an exceptional job making sure everything was spotless. I didn't even have to use my disinfectant wipes, which I usually carry when traveling with kids. The rooms had a kitchen, which was incredibly convenient for cooking meals my children love. I can't emphasize enough how much I appreciate the exceptional service and cleanliness of the hotel. Based on my experience, I will definitely return and highly recommend it to others.

I came for vacation with my family stayed in this hotel when you enter everything it’s so nice and clean. Smells good once I got to my room the room was a spotless clean smells so good. It’s so spacious and the staff here it’s so friendly housekeeping it’s always so nice to you when you enter whatever you need they will bring it to you, I will come here again. Yes, I will stay here and of course I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family. I came here for a vacation with my kids. My kids loved it because every day it’s so cool. I see how housekeeping works and they work so hard for my eyes. I think they deserve a raise.
